 This technology guides the foot through a midsole system that incorporates two different molded elements. The two materials offer different kind of properties that affect how the shoe reacts to each foot strike. The adiPRENE® is the shock absorbing element found on the heel of the shoe and the adiPRENE®+ allows the forefoot to bounce and propel itself forward. Combining these two materials on different parts of the shoes make each Adidas shoe quite effective in reducing impact and releasing energy to propel the runner forwards.  An extremely durable, non-marking rubber used primarily for tennis shoe outsoles and for other high-abrasion applications which offers the optimal balance of excellent abrasion resistance, traction and flexibility. In linear sports adiWEAR® is used to reduce wear in the heel landing area and the toe-off area. In court sports it offers durability while still allowing pivoting or sliding movements. Clima365™ is an umbrella concept which encompasses all the Clima Systems technologies: ClimaCool®, ClimaLite®, ClimaWarm®, ClimaProof®. It is an integrated system of technologies that work together to regulate the athlete's body temperature far better than any single fabric technology can. ClimaCool® apparel actively conducts heat and sweat away from the body through a combination of heat and moisture-dissipating materials, ventilation channels and three-dimensional fabrics that allow air to circulate close to the skin. By mapping the body's critical heat and sweat zones using infrared cameras, designers are able to place these technologies exactly where they are needed to optimise the athlete's body temperature. An athlete can actually stay cooler in ClimaCool® apparel than they can in bare skin. These can be either cross-sectional fibres and/or fabric finishing such as hydrophilic finish and/or the usage of microfibres.  ClimaProof® is breathable weather protection that optimises body temperature and keeps you at peak performance in even the harshest of wind, rain and storm conditions by acting as a barrier to the elements while allowing heat and sweat to escape through evaporation. ClimaProof® is available in three different levels of protection depending on the weather conditions and the level of athletic intensity: ClimaProof® Wind is the most breathable, lightweight level of protection for those moving fast and throwing off a lot of heat and sweat. It is perfect for an afternoon run in cool, damp conditions. It keeps you warm by blocking energy-sapping wind, while allowing the maximum amount of sweat to evaporate away from the skin. ClimaProof® Rain is wind and waterproof protection for those who are out in inclement weather, and need an extra level of weather and temperature protection. These garments are suited for day hikes or long, slow training runs in cold, rainy conditions. ClimaProof® Storm is highly wind and waterproof and built for extreme conditions where maximum protection is needed over a long period. These garments are suited for mulit-day excursions in heavy wind, rain and snow conditions.  ClimaWarm® is lightweight, breathable insulation that keeps you dry and comfortable in cold weather conditions by using densely woven synthetic fibres to trap warm air close to the skin. While these fibres are dense enough to trap air, they are spaced far enough apart to easily allow heat-sapping sweat to escape through evaporation.
